All Tune Total Car Care is looking for an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician who enjoys solving drivability, electrical, HVAC, engine performance, and intermittent problems that others can't figure out.

With new local ownership, we're investing in our people, equipment, and processes while building a shop known for quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and long-term customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Diagnose drivability, electrical, HVAC, and engine performance concerns
Perform advanced diagnostics and major mechanical repairs
Help support and mentor other technicians when needed
Deliver quality repairs that earn customers' trust, both fleet and consumers

What We Offer

$35-$45 per flag hour based on experience, certifications, and ability
Guaranteed 40 paid hours per week for your first 6 months
Signing bonus

Monday-Friday schedule

You're a Good Fit If You

Have 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Enjoy solving difficult diagnostic problems and working independently
Have strong electrical, drivability, and HVAC diagnostic skills
Own your tools and have a valid driver's license
Hold ASE certifications (preferred) and EPA 609 certification

Compensation: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
